Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor for the NBCSL 47th Annual Legislative Conference!

The exhibit booth is a carpeted 8′ x 10′ space with a 6′ skirted table, two (2) chairs, and one (1) trash receptacle each. The fee for the exhibit space is $3,000; however, it does not include registration for the conference. Visit the conference website (www.nbcsl.org/conference) for information on how to register for the conference.

Be sure to complete this form and pay the fee no later than Friday, October 6, 2023. Should you have any questions, please email them to exhibitor@nbcsl.org.

EXHIBIT INFORMATION

Please provide a brief description of what you will display, market, and/or promote in your booth.
Provide us with a description of your organization of not more than 300 words to be placed in the Exhibit Brochure.
To increase traffic to the exhibit space, we are planning on hosting a daily raffle drawing in the exhibit hall. Are you interested in contributing item(s) to this raffle? This could include a gift card, complimentary service or product. We expect to do drawings once a day for three days, so you may provide up to three items, Exhibitors who contribute to the drawing will be acknowledged on the video kiosks placed in high-traffic areas and promotional notifications pushed out to attendees via the conference app. We hope you will join this effort!

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

By checking this box, I confirm that my firm will pay the $3,000 fee and that cancellation of this agreement must be submitted in writing to exhibitor@nbsl.org no later than October 13, 2023.. Cancellations received by this deadline are refundable, less a $500 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for any cancellations after October 13, 2023.
