ADVERTISING AGREEMENT – NBCSL Conference

Thank you for your interest in advertising at the NBCSL 47th Annual Legislative Conference!

For this conference, Advertising options include print and digital ads, as well as commercial videos. Print ads will be placed in the Souvenir Journal that will be distributed in conference bags. Digital ads and commercial videos will be played in select plenary sessions and on kiosks placed in high traffic areas throughout the conference space).

We request that the contact information for the artwork designer be included, if the person completing the form is not that individual. We would like to be able to contact that person directly in the event that we have technical questions about your files.

Souvenir Journal Print Ads (high resolution PDF)

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: High resolution Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf) ONLY.

Digital Static Ads (high resolution .PNG)

SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:  Aspect Ratio: 16:9; Resolution: 1920x1080;  PNG ONLY (JPG, PDFs or GIFs CANNOT BE ACCEPTED); Avoid white backgrounds; send all fonts as a separate downloadable file; corporate logos/images that are dragged into the slide must be high resolution.

Video Ads (high resolution .MOV)

SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: (A) VIDEO:  Format: ProRes 422; Video Codec: Apple ProRes (4:2:2; Width and Height: 1920 x 1080; Frame Rate: 29.97; Interlaced: Yes; Field Order: Upper First; Aspect: Square Pixels (1.0). (B) AUDIO: Audio Codec: Uncompressed; Sample Rate: 48000 Hz; Channels: 2 channel;  Sample Size: 24 bit.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

By checking this box, I authorize NBCSL to publish our advertisement in the respective conference materials and systems (i.e., Souvenir Journal, plenary sessions, or kiosks, as applicable). I understand also that if full payment is not received by October 2, 2023, this request will not be processed. NBCSL cannot guarantee that ads paid for after the deadline date can be processed in time.
