All sponsorship requests must be reviewed and approved by the national office. Within three (3) business days of submitting this form, NBCSL will follow up with a response about the next steps for payment and arrangements for your sponsorship benefits.

Select the appropriate sponsorship level and be sure to choose ALL the benefits you would like so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Some of the benefits have critical deadlines and requirements (e.g., exhibits, ads) so it is important that you submit this request no later than November 8, 2023. NOTE: Payment for sponsorship is due upon receipt of invoice, which you will be sent after sponsorship is approved. Total payment must be received or all sponsorship benefits will be revoked. Accepted payments included Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, or company check (payable to NBCSL).

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

By checking this box, your firm agrees to be responsible for 100% of the payment. In the event that NBCSL cancels the conference due to an act of nature declaration of war, act of foreign enemies, or any other act that directly or indirectly causes cancellation of the conference, NBCSL shall have the right to retain 30% of the sponsorship to cover pending costs. The remaining fees shall be credited for sponsorship to one or more future events to be determined at the sole discretion of NBCSL.
